What is FotoSketcher
FotoSketcher is a freeware software for Windows
that allows you to turn your digital photos into wonderful cartoons,
drawings or paintings.
It has many features, others are constantly added to new versions.
You can use over 20 different styles, such as pencil sketches, watercolor,
oil painting and many more.
If you need to enhance your images using one of his simple tools
(Example: the contrast, simplify image, increase luminosity,
color saturation).
You can also add frames and text to existing images simple.
