Windows 8.1 9600-32/64_Activation in 3 steps

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Before installation, delete the old key using "WinAct 1.4.1.exe" (right-click "Run as administrator")
- Select "Options" and then "Uninstall product key"
2. Run "A9600E-professional-x86.exe" (for 32-bit) or go to the folder "A9600E-professional-x64"
and run "A9600E.bat" (for 64-bit) (right-click "Run as administrator") and wait.
- Check in prprieta if Windows 8.1 is activated
3. Run "WCP Editor.exe" (right-click "Run as administrator")
- Check the box "Remove all wathermark" and then click "Apply New Settings"
Restart the PC
Done, RTM Windows 8.1 is activate!
